Guest Speaker: Dr. Hallie Dozier: “Live Oak Trees of Louisiana – An Overview of Our Historic and Heritage Trees”

Dr. Hallie Dozier is currently an Associate Professor in the LSU School of Renewable Natural Resources and an Extension Specialist with the LSU Ag Center. Her passions are for all things trees and for the people who grow and steward trees and forests. Dr. Dozier will be speaking on Louisiana’s live oak trees, especially noting the ancient surviving oaks. A slide show will be part of her lecture.

Doors Open at 1:30; Limited Seating; Refreshments will be served.
